Liability Release Form

In order to participate in all the awesome student activities with NRCC, each student (under 21) needs to have their parents complete this Liability Release Form. Just open the PDF file, print it and ask your parents to complete it, then bring it to Tony Trainer. Thanks! (If you're over 21, you can fill it out for yourself!)
