Want To Be Involved In Worship Behind The Scenes?
We have several opportunities available for you to do just that.
Set Construction:Are you crafty in a lights and chloroplast kind of way? Do you walk around thinking about how light would reflect off of opalescent cloth? Or how shadows interact with illuminated areas? Or maybe you own a circular saw and are itching to slice up some 2’x4’s into 2’x2’s. Maybe you think the golden rule should have been “Measure twice and cut once”. If you are 2 parts handy and 3 parts creative, we think you might be a good fit on our “Stage Set Construction” crew. Stage Hands:Do you walk softly but carry a big stick? Do you have mad ninja skills? Can you clear out the room like nobody’s business? Are you strong like an ox but nimble like a cat? Can you carry a small table off a big stage unnoticed in a dimly lit room? If this sounds like you then we have an opportunity for you to serve as a Stage Hand. Video Crew: Do you take in life behind a viewfinder? Do You consider your video footage collection a family treasure? Have you logged more hours shooting beach footage than driving to the beach? Do the words white balance and cross fade get your motor running? Our video ministry is flourishing. We have an opportunity for you to serve using your video skills. RIVER KIDZ & KIDZ KOVE
- Worship Leaders/Team: lead kids with energy and enthusiasm to worship God for who He is and what He’s done. They are to interact with their audience with thought provoking questions, Bible readings and prayer. Worship team members will need to meet for periodic training and are to arrive 15 minutes prior to their service hour and serve on a weekly basis. For info, email kim@nrcc.net
- South Campus Zone Coordinator: looking for an adult with organizational and leadership skills to oversee Kidz Kove on Saturday Nights. For more info, email kristi@nrcc.net
OFFICE VOLUNTEERS
- We are looking for a few people to help the office staff with a few things throughout the week. Assist in welcoming all the great new folks that visit New River each week with a hand written note. - South Campus Sunday Kisumu Kafe: Remember the impact that first person you met when you came to New River? We need people just like you who can make a difference in someones lives as they come to New River for the first time. The South Campus in need of additional help on the Host Teams and Kisumu Kafe making the South Campus the same welcoming place New River has come to be known as. For info, email alisa@nrcc.net

- South Campus Sunday Security Team: As our church grows we at New River never lose sight of the fact that the safety of our children and adults is always on our mind. if you are interested in being a part of this team for Sunday mornings at the South Campus let me know and we can make that happen.
